DESCRIPTION
The Warehouse Supervisor oversees and optimizes daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, accurate order fulfillment, and compliance with safety standards. Responsible for maintaining an organized and productive environment, they lead the team to effectively achieve operational and customer service objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
•Supervise the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
•Maintain detailed and accurate inventory records.
•Optimize storage space to enhance accessibility and operational efficiency.
•Implement labeling and coding systems to facilitate product identification.
•Prepare and verify orders according to received requests.
•Coordinate the safe loading and unloading of products.
•Lead and train warehouse team to ensure optimal performance.
•Maintain a safe and motivating work environment.
•Conduct regular inspections of equipment and systems to ensure proper functioning.
•Adhere to occupational safety and health standards at all times.
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS/COMPETENCES
•Minimum 3 years’ prior experience in warehouse management or similar positions.
•Basic knowledge of inventory management systems and computer skills.
•B1 driver’s license.
•Physical ability to lift and move loads as required.
•Commitment to safe practices and operational standards in the workplace.

•On-site position, willingness to relocate to La Asunción, Belén de Heredia.
