Project Manager

DESCRIPTION
Responsible for full management of project installations, including administration, procurement, scheduling, budgeting, quality, and on-time execution.

RESPONSABILITIES
•Collect site visit feedback.
•Prepare job timeline and budgets.
•Keep CRM (including Notes) updated on all aspects of project.
•Coordinate engineering. (Internal and external)
•Manage permitting process.
•Request staffing and materials resources from Director of Operations according to job timeline.
•Ensure projects proceed on-schedule.
•Produce post-completion performance analysis.
•Fill-in for other PMs when out.
•Perform other duties as assigned.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS •2 to 4 years of experience in related fields. •Advanced English level. •Bachelor’s degree in project management. •Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM. •Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and follow through. •Understand project management, planning, task management. •Exceptional computer skills •Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and follow through. •Strong written and oral communication skills. •Ability to work independently and collaborate with project team and others as necessary. •Professionalism, initiative and being flexible. •Service attitude. •Improve attitude. •Responsibility. •Communication. •Leadership. •Decision making. •Strategic thinking. •Conflict resolution.
