DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Yard Supervisor for a Container Depot who is responsible for ensuring the proper maintenance, repairs, and operations in the workshop according to established procedures. Additionally, they must supervise the container inventory to meet the client’s requirements and authorizations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
•Ensure that the maintenance, repairs, and operation in the workshop are carried out in accordance with established procedures.
•Supervise the container stock, ensuring that it is in line with the client’s requirements and authorizations.
•Correctly update the work performed in the IT system. Additionally, they must coordinate the sending of inventories and container reports to clients.
Provide attention and follow-up to client concerns and dissatisfactions.
•Promote and supervise order, discipline, and cleanliness among the staff under their supervision.
•Supervise that the repairs, enablements, or cleanings requested by the client are carried out.
•Coordinate and supervise that the container handling operations in the yard are efficient for the operation.
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
•Proven experience in similar positions (1 year)
•Technical education in container, chassis, or heavy equipment maintenance
•Experience or courses in personnel management, conflict resolution
•Computer and Office skills
•Service-oriented attitude
•Improvement-oriented attitude

•Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 5:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
•Location: Barreal de Heredia, next to CENADA
