DESCRIPTION
The Bilingual Agent receives inbound calls for users who want to enter or leave the Container Site. Must monitor cameras from which they verify vehicle and container data. Manage the information system of people who have access to the Property.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
*English: Advanced level.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
*Familiarity with computers.
*Ability to type 45 wpm or more.
*Availability to work on rotating schedules must be required.
*+2 years of experience in Customer Service.
OTHERS
*WFH available. (Availability to receive training a few days on site if required by operational necessity)
*Have (or be able to get) internet with a minimum speed of 10MB download and 2MB upload.
*Salary: $1,000. (The payment will be in dollars)
*Flexibility of Schedules.
*Full time, 5 days per week.
